Guys: I forgot to prepare the stipulation of fact yesterday.
Would you please put the following text into a stipulation of fact format. If
you haven’t done it it’s simply the heading for this case and the following in
the body: The prosecution and the defense with the express consent of
the accused stipulate to the following fact: “That Ahmad Hashim Al-Issawi the alleged victim in this case
was wanted by the Iraqi government at the time of his arrest on September 1,
2009. He has since appeared at several hearings in Iraqi courts on a variety
