RE: SIDDIQI
Matt,
I apologize. I think there must have been a misunderstanding. I had no
desire to delay setting milestones. I am going to give Capt Wilschke my
open dates for the purpose of trial and have him set trial milestones. I am
in trial next week and the week after that. I wanted to come down to meet
with the command to see if I can persuade them on the NJP. Do you think
there's any benefit to the trip? I am doing this case pro bono so I would
rather not spend funds unless you feel there may be some benefit from a
trip.
Have a good weekend
Haytham

Haytham,
I'm getting a lot of heat to docket this case, and I can't delay any longer.
Let's just set trial dates and milestones to keep everyone happy while we
try to negotiate this PTA. I'm free whenever; just give me a proposed
schedule, and we can submit that to the judge. Thanks.
Matt
