RE: Trial Delay

I understand. I Prefer not delaying either. I am going to call you this
morning to discuss.

Subject: Trial Delay

Mr. Faraj,

I went through the Government's witness issues e-mail and spoke with LT Ray
this morning. I have a few updates for you on that end.

However, the more pressing issue is the delay question. My last possible
time to do this trial is the week of 26 April. I understand the need for
more time, but from my perspective it would mean cancelling my orders to
Iraq. This is something I am desperately trying to avoid since my
opportunity to go would be cancelled.

I have a few medical screening items to handle this morning, but will be
back before noon. Please let me know a good time to call so we can figure
out a way forward. Thanks!

V/r
Joe
