I made the argument for qualified witness a bit more general, but as I
mentioned in my other email, please let me know what the spelling of the
other witness' name is, and any documents you may have for me to add
additional information on him (if you find it necessary).

I also found one of Ibrahim's articles published online, on a Turkish
journal that I wasn't sure how to cite; I couldn't find more information on
the journal itself that would help me figure out how to cite it, so I cited
it as a website. Hopefully that is okay. He doesn't discuss the
disinformation campaigns very much but does mention it in passing when
describing the different tasks of the branches of the Iraqi Intelligence
Service.
