I believe the Government response means we have now responded to and
clarified how each defense witness will be handled. I am not aware
of any requested witness being denied - not all are being invited to
attend in person - but all will have the chance to testify. Please
advise if that is not correct.
I would appreciate the Government's witness list as soon as
practicable. Finally, I am open to getting whatever your schedules
permit done on the record on the 24th. Consider that getting the
opening gouge and the Governments exhibits in on the 24th, will
allow me to review them in preparation for the witnesses on the 25th
and 26th.
