Can we have a conference call today at 1300 or sometimes around that time today to coordinate?

Thanks

I believe the Government response means we have now responded to and clarified how each defense witness will be handled. I am not aware of any requested witness being denied - not all are being invited to attend in person - but all will have the chance to testify. Please advise if that is not correct.

I would appreciate the Government's witness list as soon as practicable. Finally, I am open to getting whatever your schedules permit done on the record on the 24th. Consider that getting the opening gouge and the Governments exhibits in on the 24th, will allow me to review them in preparation for the witnesses on the 25th and 26th.

Gentlemen,

The government has extended invitations to testify telephonically to Talbot Theunissen, Melissa Kopacz, and Jessie Baxter. With respect to all other witnesses, the government's position has not changed from its original response.

Very Respectfully,
