Subject: Cynowa v. CSSS, et al. -- draft summary judgment reply brief

Lisa, Bill, and Haytham,

Attached is a draft of our reply brief in support of the motion for summary judgment. We will be filing this brief today, March 16, but welcome any comments you have on it. Please send me your comments by no later than noon.

At present you will note that the brief is a little over 16 pages. We will be working this morning to eliminate an extra page to keep the brief within the 15-page limit.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Kevin
