3D Billings

Bethany,

Please bill the 3D the following:

 

1.        Airline travel Detroit to NY $777.20

2.       Taxi fare to and from airport $76.52  ($35 was paid in cash and should be refunded to me)

3.       Parking at Detroit airport $30

 

I have attached the airline receipts.  I screwed up the reservation on the US Airways flight and reserved for July 7 rather than May 7.  Purchasing a new ticket was going to cost an additional $698.  I had to purchase the two tickets that routed me to Chicago and then back to Detroit to minimize the costs.  Please keep this email as an explanation of what occurred.
