Sadek and Chadi, This is the draft complaint to be filed in federal court for return of the vehicles. There is lots of information that I need. I left spaces open in all the sections that ed to be completed. This is only a rough initial draft. I will add two more counts alleging civil rights violations and also requesting declaratory relief which may force the government to immediately release the vehicles.
