Gentlemen,

I am currently working on locating a toxicologist in the subject case.  I
should have an answer back by the end of the day tomorrow regarding whether
there is a government expert available.  I did speak to one private expert
at UCSD who is willing to consult (at $525/hour).  His CV is attached. As a
caveat, I am not saying that he has been granted by the government or making
any representation as to whether he would be, just passing along his
