Blocked vehicles Sallaum lines and associated auto dealers

Mr. O’Donell,

I am attaching the petition submitted to Treasury.  I have been in regular contact with OFAC.  They have made it clear that the vehicles cannot be moved unless a license is granted.  I have attached my petition to unblock the vehicles.  The letter Treasury sent my clients appears to release the vehicles so long as they are not sold or transferred.  When I advised my clients of that, Treasury clarified that while the letter does in fact say the vehicles may be moved so long as they are not sold or transferred, the decision to block the vehicles does not allow any movement of the vehicles until licenses are granted.

My contact information is below.  It is best to call me at the Alexandria office number.
