Mike, The first date set by the Arbitrator is coming up. It requires
me to answer the claim. A witness list is due a week later. I cannot
do either because I have no information on the case. Please advise by
Monday what you want to do. I am attaching the settlement agreement that 3D
previously reached with them. If you intend not to answer than I must inform
