We are currently making (2) copies of IC1 Wofford's service record for each of you. Would you be satisfied if I give both copies to LT Gough or shall I mail one to you, Mr. Faraj? Please just let me know and if we're going to mail it, please let me know your address. Second, we are still waiting to hear back from our contacts for updated information on the witnesses as you requested. Third, I am also attaching a copy of the Incident Report of alleged theft by your client from the NEX. Fourth, I am also aware that IC1 Wofford is suspected of being UA and may be charged. As soon as I receive any documentation that is relevant to those facts, I will forward them to you. Fifth and finally, have either of your heard from the Judiciary about our Motion for Docketing? We obviously need to know when this case will be docketed. If I were to call the Judiciary to arrange a phone conference on this matter, does this afternoon or tomorrow morning work for either of you? I suggest 0800 CST...that will have to work with the Judge of course and I don't know if it will. Thank you for your attention and patience and let me know if you have any questions. Very respectfully, Lis LT Elisabeth H.
