Carolynn: Please prepare the following: A proposed jury instructions and witness list for the Hamama
case. I am attaching example from the Benjamin case. The examples
are simple for formatting. DO NOT copy the government’s jury
instructions. Although many will be applicable in this case, I may be
opposing them. Simple use the Benjamin instructions as an example in how
to format it. This link will take you to where you can find the instructions.
Simply cut the portions of the instructions that are relevant and submit paste
them into your document. Begin with the table of contents as a guide for
what you should include in there. Complete as much as you can of it and I’ll

providing you an example from the Benjamin case as well. Go over the list
of our character witnesses. Also include the Government witnesses.
