1. Mr. Hamamaâs offenses have no victim.Â To the extent that United States is a victim of the false statement, Mr. Hamama, mitigated his offense by undertaking a job that contributed to the success of the United Statesâ mission in Iraq during a two year period and likely saved American lives.

Please correct the Two Years to over 3 years ,

Also I did worked with one ofthe top US MILITARY units and high trained navy seals teams as Team 7, 5 , 8 similar unit that engaged of killing bin Laden .

Itshows in one of the letter recommendations by the LT Commanders of team 7 how patriot , a brave person I am . with all the trust I gained from this team because of numerous missions and the amount of information that I helped to obtained from the insurgents that were very dangerous and harmful to the US military missions to Iraq , my company contractor specifically assigned me to work with Iraqi newly elected president .

His Excellency President ( Ghazi Al Yawir )on his first visit to the US was protected by the navy seals as PSD and they accompany him in his visit and I was asked to get suit and headed to the USA with team but I refused and I rather to stay with rest of the team here in Baghdad.
