| Message | I was a Marine who was ADSEP'ed from the USMC for misconduct due to drug abuse. I wanted to be tried at court-martial, but instead was denied and put on an ADSAEP board. They gave me an OTH. I have sent in my DD-293 to get my discharge upgraded. I wanted to speak to someone to see if I can get some help because the NDRB will make a decision in July of 2010. Thanks. |
