Bait Shop Locator Now Available for the iPhone / iPod Touch

Bait Shops - iPhone Application

Bait Shops is a database-driven application that provides the fastest way to locate bait and tackle shops. Bait Shops provides an easy to use interface that places an ever growing database of over 10,000 shops at your fingertips.

With ease Bait Shops will provide a list of shops in proximity to your current location. The proximity and number of results can be configured to fine tune the results of your search.

Fishing away from your current location and need to know whether a shop is close to your destination? No problem. Simply enter the desired location's zip code or select a city and Bait Shops will provide you a list of possible shops to fill your bait and tackle needs.

How to get there? Once a shop of interest is located its location can be fed to the built-in Maps application to obtain directions. Currently Bait Shops provides bait and tackle locations for the United States and Canada.  Bait and tackle locations for additional countries may be added at a later date. Bait Shops requires the iPhone OS 3.0 and an active WiFi or Cellular connection to run.
