I would like to retain you as a client. Due to ethical issues and negotiations with the firm I was unable to communicate with you until now. Your choice of counsel is yours alone. Please advise ASAP whether you wish to remain with Tully Rinckey PLLC or allow me to continue to service you in order to make the transition as smooth as possible regardless of your choice. If you have any questions please advise. You can respond to either this e-mail or one of the above.
If you decide to continue to work with me I will need you to sign, scan, and return the attached ASAP. Upon receipt you will be provided a new retainer agreement that will reflect the same retainer amount but crediting any fees paid to Tully Rinckey PLLC toward that amount. While my rates will increase at the new firm you would be billed at the same rate you are currently being charged.
Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding during this transition. The attempt is to allow me to "walk out" with your file on Friday and be in place on Monday to engage.
