Thanks Eric. I really appreciate that. I was skeptical about signing it from the beginning. Moving on to other thing, do you do business law as well? If so we will be doing a lot of business together.

Thanks again,
Rodney

Short answer is this could become a mess.  Decide that you will go through with it prior to signing.  AS IS CONDITION language should be in there and you may want to designate a third party such as a mutual friend or bank to serve as “straw man” for the exchange of title and money.  Should also speak to insurance on vehicle and who does what until when to cover loss…just my thoughts.

Eric,

When you get the opportunity will you please review the above attached document for me? I am in the process of selling my car to my ex girlfriend. She asked me to sign an agreement. I wanted to know if this agreement will prevent me from changing my mind to sell her the car? Or is a simple agreement to the terms of the sale?

Thank,
Rodney
