Short answer is this could become a
mess. Decide that you will go through with it prior to signing. AS
IS CONDITION language should be in there and you may want to designate a third
party such as a mutual friend or bank to serve as “straw man” for the exchange
of title and money. Should also speak to insurance on vehicle and who
does what until when to cover loss…just my thoughts.

Eric,
When you get the opportunity will you please review the above attached document
for me? I am in the process of selling my car to my ex girlfriend. She asked me
to sign an agreement. I wanted to know if this agreement will prevent me from
changing my mind to sell her the car? Or is a simple agreement to the terms of
the sale?
Thank,
Rodney

> I would like to retain you as a client. Due to ethical issues and
negotiations with the firm I was unable to communicate with you until now. Your
choice of counsel is yours alone. Please advise ASAP whether you wish to remain
with Tully Rinckey PLLC or allow me to continue to service you in order to make
the transition as smooth as possible regardless of your choice. If you have any
questions please advise. You can respond to either this e-mail or one of the

paid to Tully Rinckey PLLC toward that amount. While my rates will increase at
the new firm you would be billed at the same rate you are currently being
charged.
