office concerning this case, feel free to let them know that I consider them negligent
in their duty should they position themselves in any manner other than that of
giving the military the latitude they need to combat the enemy with which we
are now engaged. If they don’t understand that then pass along a
copy of the Geneva Convention where the distinction is made between uniformed
