I realize I'm being a pest but I keep getting asked to see if I can find specific information and haven't been able to find anything on the Internet. I'm hoping Mr. Puckett will be able to respond, allow you to answer these questions:
1) Was there any evidence of bruising in the abdominal area where he is supposed to have been slugged? Whenever we get to horsing around and someone lands a good punch to an unsuspecting person there is almost always some bruising. This is even more so if the person being hit anticipated the hit and had tightened up. This happens when it the punches are good natured and no one is hitting with their full ability. Our discussions recalled numerous times when we were back in the camps and this would happen; even though we were in the best shapes of our lives bruising occurred. Now that we are MUCH older and no longer in such great shape the bruises come much easier.
2) Was there any sign of the terrorist's nose being bloodied? Unless someone was holding him down and unless the person who reportedly struck him in the mouth had such a great aim it's somewhat unlikely that the terrorist would have received a bloody lip without also having his nose blooded as well. A normal mans fist is simply too big to hit just the mouth and not do some damage to the nose as well.
3) Was there any sign of dental damage? Again, if this guy was really abused and a SEAL struck him in the mouth their should be at least some loosening of a few teeth in the immediate vicinity of where the punch landed.
4) What about a bit tongue? This too is a common bit of damage when someone is hit really hard in the mouth.
Of course there is always the possibility the SOB struck himself in the mouth. I think I covered this already in a previous message so won't belabor it.
I sure hope Mr. Puckett is able to state emphatically that none of this collateral damage was inflicted as it would be almost proof positive that either no one really struck the bastard or that the hit was of such a mild level that it couldn't be considered abusing a prisoner. Of course, maybe the Military didn't bother to do a decent exam of the terrorist in which case it's almost as good as not having found the evidence (my opinion only).

Can you please tell me who brought these charges against the 3 SEALS. Per the news today, it wasn't the Terrorist they captured but another US Service Member. If a name can not be provided can you at least provide the rank, Duty Assignment and Unit Assigned?
Also, please confirm the the person making the accusation is a member of the team involved in capturing the terrorist?
One last question, is there an Internet site with the actual charges as well as any depositions, testimony or evidence against these 3?
