• Check in online up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Upgrade priority is based on the earliest check-in.
• When you check in, add yourself to the upgrade standby list. If a seat opens up, the gate agent will process your upgrade.
• Make sure the name in your Dividend Miles account matches the name on your ticket exactly.
• More than 1 Preferred member in your reservation? Traveling with a companion? Making changes? Read all the rules!
