Let me check with Haytham for scheduling. We'll look at the King Street bldg tomorrow and brief you on it. I'll try to take some photos. Did I send you the floor flyer on it? Neal A. The buildings are not open on weekends. Give me a day next week, say Tues or Weds. Typically we see 3 to 6 buildings, in about 1. 5 hours, starting around 10 am, or 1:30 pm.

How does morning Saturday look for office shopping?
From: " Layton , Jim" <Jim.Layton@Grubb-Ellis.com> Greetings,
The attached survey is based on the following:
Ignore the properties that have NNN after the stated rental rate. NNN means to add $20 psf for operating expenses.
L means lower level and typically windowless space.
Here’s a few of the numbers you might consider: # 1, # 4, # 26, # 31, # 45, # 58.
I’ve also attached a 4th Quarter 2009 Market Report for background.
Enjoy the second round of snow.
Jim PS I tried to send this yesterday, but ran into computer problems here at home….
