If that be the case he won't be working for either firm...what Tully will do is put him on the web site and market the hell out of him go onto his website and see if sam wright is still listed as of counsel and then call sam and ask him the last time he was allowed to walk into our office space I think if it looks possible I sell his association on the website with getting his name out there and potentially building a book of business with his name at no direct cost to us in terms of salary. In reality he will have a tough time securing "legal" employment because of his price point and no book of business.
