Neal: Nice talking to you today. I have attached a survey of
small suites (1500-2200sf) currently available for lease close to
the King metro in Alexandria. Note there are not an overwhelming number
of them. Small suites are harder to come by as Landlords try and lease
up buildings in big blocks and usually are reluctant or simply will not break
space into smaller suites.
Take a look and let me know which ones look interesting. I could
also expand the search to elsewhere in Alexandria to get more product. I
