Neal: I have modified my contract for nonprofit startups and
administration. The economy is in such a state of disarray that most folks just
cannot come up with the big payment up front. 2010 contract attached.
Hope spring will come to DC some day.....

non-profit organization dedicated to assisting service members with their
legal fees. More immediately, he wants us to assist with setting up a
tax exempt legal defense fund. He wants my law partner and me to
