Re: Meeting

Neal,
A little birdie told me that Ingram might be getting off due to the way his struck was searched..wondering the validity of that, and if so if his is dismissed will Carter and my charges follow in dismissal too?
Also anything change on getting my gear back?

JR,
Latest is that prosecutor sent Art 32 report to your Bn CO recommending he offer you either NJP or Summary Court-martial on only the one false official statement charge.  Awaiting a reply from that.  Basically the prosecutor is pitching our case for us.

Oh, I have already pulled out an MP last night, driving back fro the gym. Watching the snow blow around right now like a sand storm. When do you think we can start getting my stuff back especially the firearms/parts of my customers. The stock that has carters name on the receipt still needs to go back to McMillan before I can finish it. Also SSgt Sandavol texted me today wondering about his rifle.

Hey, JR.  Waiting out the storm here.
Next move is to contact Maj Montalvo.  I've got that for action.  Will let you know when I find out his position.  Remember, he needed a favorable (for us) Art 32 report to convince the CO there was no serious misconduct.  CO could blow him off and leave the case at a general or special court-martial.  So we have to be careful not to rush the attack before the battlefield is prepped.  I have a feeling this is all going to work out.  The weather has delayed the process.
Be careful if you have to venture out in the truck!
