Thank you sir for the letter. Henderson Hall contacted me and stated my retirement will be 1 April 2010. I am working to get everything in order prior to that, but had nothing to base questions upon. My question is final physical, medical and dental would not start anything or will not do anything until at least 6 months out, is there any recourse for me if I can not get them done?
