Rick, Partner is enthusiastic about both this property and the 1500 King property, and we both actually are leaning toward ownership if we can swing it. Any movement in negotiations for that property? Are there any other similar purchase opportunities in Alexandria? Partner comes into town next Wed evening and would like to view both on Thurs afternoon (Mar. 4th). Still would like to see the 225 proposal for comparison purposes, though he saw that one and was less than enthusiastic. Thanks for getting this to me. Neal Neal A. I should have 225 Reinekers today or tomorrow. There is no problem
responding to both. Call me with questions.
