Mr. Puckett,
It appears from the on-line Docket that COL Lind, the MJ, will be out between
15 March and 19 March. She will return on 22 March and on the docket right
now nothing is schedule. I do not have anything then, so if you are
available we can pencil that date in.
I will also work with CPT Fein, my CoJ to see if there is another judge
available at an earlier date.

Sir,
I wanted to let you know that due to a scheduling change for a referred
contested court-martial that was supposed to occur on 4-5 March, COL Lind
will no longer be available on 11, 12, and 13 March. I wanted to let you
know so that you would not be surprised when COL Lind asks us for dates of
availability.
