I am a retired officer and civilian counsel retained to represent PFC Shane Colyer, a member of your command âCompany A, 2-28 Infantry.  Over the course of the last two weeks I have discovered a disturbing pattern of witness harassment and intimidation that seeks to intimidate the witnesses into not testifying favorably in the PFC Colyer matter.  The attached letter describes some of the facts and requests your due attention.
