Rick, Can I get back to you on Monday? Do you want me to accept the changes in Word and return the redlined proposal that way. I assume you'd send it as a pdf or hard copy vice in Word to eliminate exposing metadata imbedded in our changes. We've pulled the P&L and Balance sheet reports for 08 and 09. I think we should include 2010 as well since these are the three years during which we changed the form of the practice twice from solo practitioner to a PC with two partners then adding two new attys and one support person this spring. We have a $75,000 line of credit with a balance of $18,900. That will be paid off soon. Plus Chevy Chase just approved us for a $90K term loan for growth. The two new attys are both bringing a substantial book of business each, and we are projecting conservatively at least $700K of revenue this year. Since that's not part of a past P&L, I'm not sure how to show it. First atty is joining us as of 5 March. The second is due to join us in early April. I know these are intangibles, but they seem important and are the sole reason we need office space. Neal Neal A.
