Neal & Monica:

 

The Judges asked me to ask you to try to avoid using the names of the witnesses if possible in your motions (number the proffers and refer to them as W1, W2, etc) as well as to ask for a protective order to preclude release of the proffers to the media.  I know they are going to be named at some point, but the Judges would like to postpone it as long as possible.  Anything you can do . . . .
