It was a pleasure to speak with you today. I'm looking forward to helping Zachary. Please open the attached fee agreement and read it. Let me know if you have any questions. If you wish to retain me, simply sign and date it and return it to me along with a check or money order for $1000. I will begin work on his case when I receive the signed agreement and the $1000 retainer. My office will let you know when we receive those two things. In the meantime, you can let Zachary know that he is represented by Neal Puckett. You'll note that subsequent payments will be due and payable on the first days of April, May and June 2010.
