The client pays in advance. 90% are flat fees paid in advance. 10% are hourly, but payments (retainers) are paid in advance and billed against as the work is performed. This is a hard and fast policy. Let me know if this answers the mail.

How are you paid generally for services? Does the client foot the entire bill or does the government cover a portion?
