Sir, I got the documents, they came through in the middle of the night. I was told this morning that the Government would take a summary deal if we gave a proffer. I think the proffer will say some things like "I know the names of 6 people who heard Sgt Haridat confess," and not much more. I don't trust our TCs with a proffer; but a summary seems pretty reasonable to me.
