I hope the presser went well. I am writing on behalf of the
Judges. They asked me to pass on the name of my polygraph guy, Tom
Williams, in the event you want to go that route. Williams is a retired
NCIS polygrapher; taught at the Defense Polygraph School and was the Navy's
National Security polygrapher involved I the Moscow embassy case. I have
used his 3 times. He has come through for me on each of those occasions --
once in a judge alone trial, after my guy was convicted in a urinalysis case, I
had my client speak about the polygraph he passed with the former Navy chief
polygrapher in his unsworn statement and the MJ reconsidered his findings
and acquitted my client. In another, I was hired by a father when his son
was convicted of rape of a friends's wife -- we did the polygraph in the
Quantico Brig for purposes of submission of clemency matters. Even the
Brig CO didn't believe the kid was guilty. The kid passed the polygraph
but got no love from the CA for clemency. The polygraph report was,
however, in the record of trial. NMCCA set aside the findings of rape and
dismissed the adultery charge -- I think because of the polygrapher in a close
case.
He also poly'd LTG Kensinger (Tillman fall guy) and found that he was
non-deceptive. I plan to use that with the ABCMR later this
year.
Tom's work is unimpeachable -- he is the trainer of Navy
polygraphers. They would never dare question his competence, skill or
results.
