Hello, Marcy and Neal! Hope you both are well. I have some
news on both the personal and professional fronts. Good news: My lovely wife is pregnant with a boy. More good news: He’s mine. Bad news (for me): I am no longer handling courts-martial
matters. Good news (for you): I will be referring cases to those
who do handle such matters. Finally, and again, good news: I was recently selected to
be a reserve Military Judge. (This would explain the two earlier news
