Mr. Ghannum, Thanks for your continuing interest in the SEAL cases. From our perspective, it appears that theses cases will proceed to trial on schedule. Our client, SO2 Matthew McCabe, is scheduled for trial on 3 May 2010. Unless Major General Cleveland changes his mind and dismisses the charges from the court-martial, we'll be ready to go on the first day of trial. As for assistance, we have been provided some funding from groups raising money for their legal defense. But of course it has not surpassed the projected costs of Petty Officer McCabe's defense.
