I will be speaking with our client this weekend about entering G pleas to all and still going EMbrs for sentencing. Having said that, we may be able to leverage some kind of favorable PTA from Capt Porter. Just between you and me.

I hope you're doing well.  I've tried to contact both of you by phone
over the past couple days but have been unsuccessful.  To date, I have
not received a discovery request, notice of pleas and forum, or an
anticipated witness list from you.  Please let me know the status of
these documents as soon as possible.  As you know, the notice of pleas
and forum is due no later than seven (7) calendar days before trial,
