Contribute to the HR Profession: Hiring Strategies Poll



Dear SHRM Member:

This is a friendly reminder that you are invited to participate in SHRM's poll on hiring strategies. The poll takes approximately five to ten minutes to complete. We would greatly appreciate your contribution to the HR profession. Please submit your responses no later than Wednesday, January 11, 2012.

Responses are confidential, and results will only be reported in the aggregate. As a SHRM member, you will have access to full results on our website. Respondents to this poll will be eligible for an HRCI certification credit (see below for more information).

HRCI Recertification Credits: If you are a SHRM member with a current PHR or SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute, you will receive 1 recertification credit per year for completing a SHRM Research survey/poll. This means that over the three year recertification period, you can earn 3 recertification credits by completing 3 surveys/polls (1 per year). After completing the survey/poll, you will find instructions on the submission page that describe how to receive your credit.
