All is well

Hi!

We hope all is going well with you both.  We are enjoying the extra newspapers!  The only news here is that Jean is going to rent her Condo and move in with Brett.  They are looking to buy something together in the city.  Since they are not married or engaged,  I did tell her to get a legal document for that real estate deal even though it is none of my business.  She did take my advice well.   

Ed and I will leave for Florida on Jan. 31 to arrive in Vero Beach on the 1st.  Will you be home by then?  Let me know so I can leave your keys.  Is there anything I can do for you before we leave?  Oh, we're driving the new car so we can be the old folks in the convertible while in FL.  Actually, we won't be alone in that regard.
