Re: Puckett's Sentencing Argument for SSgt Wuterich
Marcy: The sentencing argument was the
greatest I have ever heard. My hat
is off to LtCol Puckett and Major
Faraj.
I'm not too happy with the Judge's
final decision, but obviously he has
never been faced with a combat
situation like SSgt Wuterich was.
That, coupled with a lack of moral
courage, on the Judge's part, resulted
in the sentence SSgt Wuterich rec'd.

Hi, the sentencing argument in its entirety is on the website. We go back
into court in 15 minutes for the Judge's ruling. Immediately following Neal
and Haytham will be in the media room talking to reporters. Please check
out your local news tonight or your favorite News outlet. They are all
here.
