Fw: MILTARY: Marine Corps knew it faced long odds in Wuterich prosecution
Forwarded. I totally agree with the below
analysis submitted by the lady from the
Long Beach, Ca. area. I, too wonder what
they are hiding concerning the Sgt Hutchins
(Pendleton 8) Squad Leader PERSECUTION, in
connection with the Hamdania Incident.
Persons, such as Sgt Hutchins, have now
been labled as "POI" (Persons of Interest).
Allegedly, by folks, at the Pentagon. Now that
SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) has expired
and all of our troops are out of Iraq, who cares
what the Iraqi gov't thinks?
Somebody in Congress has to take this crew
in the Pentagon to task. I personally think these
PC's are over-stepping their bounds and are
drunk with power.

prosecution
Wow Don,
Did Walker wake up with a conscience over the weekend to write what we all
knew from day one.
From the article: The Marine Corps forbids its prosecutors from commenting,
so their explanation for why they pursued the case remains shrouded.
Let me answer that, Haditha Marines were Fall guys for a botched
investigation! I sat in court in March 2010 and heard how Mattis relied on
the NCIS investigation over the Ware and Bargewell reports. The Sec Nav
overruled Mattis' actions and recommendations on how to proceed with the
Haditha "show". Sec Nav reports up to Sec of Defense so the blame on why
this went forward lands at the feet of the Leadership in D.C. Don't forget
that the SOFA talks were going on since 2006 and the only reason that
Prosecutors agreed to the deal was the US was out of Iraq. and SOFA
agreements were no longer a factor.
In my opinion the US Dept of Defense owes Frank Wuterich a pretty hefty sum
of money to make up for his loss of life and lively hood for the past 6
years.
D.C royally screwed up so one wonders what they are hiding in the Hutchins
persecution.
