Getting the Most out of Mobile

Every week, tens of millions of people search on Google from their mobile phones. Make sure you're reaching your potential customers when they're on the go. You can review your mobile performance statistics by selecting the "Filter and Views" drop down on your campaign details page, then "Segment By" and choose the "Device" option.

To get the most out of your mobile ad campaigns, try these helpful tips:

  • Create mobile ad campaigns in AdWords that are separate from your campaigns targeting desktop computers. This makes it easier to customize ads, keywords and bids to optimize performance and evaluate your results. Learn more here.

  • Make sure your website works well on mobile devices and targets the right audiences. Today, most mobile phones do not support Flash, so you'll want to make sure your landing page is written in HTML. This will help ensure that it looks as it should when viewed on mobile devices.
