DC hasn't dug out of the snow yet from last weekend. Federal government is closed for a second day this week. Metro limping through with most stations open again; but trains are at half speed and flowing every 20 minutes. It's just too hard to have 20 - 30 inches of snow. As Neal says, "it must be global warming".
