Re: computer

Eric, standing by on list of clients, and what they've already paid and what should be charged now.  Maybe after settlement of current situation, 1-2 hour block of time to review w/Neal and define cases, costs, etc... Would help to know what they have already paid.  M

Not good.  MSG Marcey ccd is the business manager who will get with you re retainer agreement.  We probably need to discuss in more detail how this may play out.

MSG,

I can't find your cell phone.  So I wanted to e-mail you and hope that you receive this.

I went to CID to ask how this happened and time line issues.  Here is how this broke - MAJ Roach said there is possible child porn on your computer after viewing it.  That is why the investigation started.  Right now they are doing a preliminary look at the computer, ex HDD, and thumb drives.  Based on the preliminary scan here in country.  Apparently, the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) at Bagram is trained on computer forensics and has the equipment necessary to do a preliminary scan.  After that they may send it to the lab or if they don't find anything they may say it's over.  The agent quoted me 4 to 6 months if it goes to the regular lab.  Maybe another month if to complete the prelim.  They are not going to give the computer back until after the scans are done.

Thanks,

v/r,
