AAJ Education’s Trial Advocacy College: “Rules of the Road” provides the hands-on training you need to effectively argue liability. Based upon the book, Rules of the Road: A Plaintiff Lawyer’s Guide to Proving Liability by Rick Friedman and Patrick Malone, this college will help you translate theory into action through four workshops and five demonstrations. You will work side-by-side with the faculty of experienced trial lawyers to learn how to use the “Rules of the Road” in presenting different stages of a complex case to a jury.

When you leave Denver, you will have a better understanding of how to apply the “Rules of the Road” to any type of case.
