Christine M. Castellano (Moderator) is Associate General International Counsel for Corn Products International, Inc., a position she has held since 2004. In this capacity, Ms. Castellano is responsible for the management of legal affairs throughout the Company’s operations in Asia, Africa and South America.

Mr. Ferraro Mila is admitted to the Buenos Aires Bar, to the New York Bar and as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Florian S. Jörg is a partner with the law firm of Bratschi Wiederkehr & Buob in Zurich, where he specialized in corporate and contract law, mergers & acquisitions, banking and capital markets law and, conflict of laws.
Richard A. Kaye maintains a corporate practice that focuses on representing companies in connection with their corporate, commercial, construction and international business activities. His experience includes 25 years of providing counsel to clients with respect to merger, stock, and asset purchase agreements, as well as issues associated with general company formation, shareholder, and limited liability issues.
Salli A. Swartz has practiced international business law in Paris since 1979. She began her career in Paris with the Paris-based law firm of S.G. Archibald where she specialized for over four years in ICC arbitrations of turn-key constructions projects in the Middle East.
