FW: VetBiz Registry : Your Business Profile verification status update

This is yet another example where I see that I have to call and email to get VA to take the next right step.  I emailed you last night and this morning I received this erroneous message.  I should not be in the evaluation phase when I have already received an approval dated 1/24/2012.  Can you now get your team to do the right thing and get us added back to where we should have always been?
