I got approval notice today after sending the email you see below. For some reason your office only informs me of things after I contact them repeatedly, week after week. Hardly a success story for the VA. And of course the letter was dated today.

When am I going to get a response from the VA? I have been more than patient. This is absolutely unacceptable. The VA lost much of our original documentation that was sent in March 2011 and has never had the simple courtesy of stating that they lost our documentation and requesting that we resend in the documentation. They simply denied us and forced us to do 2 requests for reconsideration to get this incredible injustice reversed. We can prove that the VA received all of the original documentation. Our DUNS number is 01-498-1224. As you can see from below David committed to getting back to me on December 6th and it is now almost two months since then and I still have not heard anything.

Lisa. Received. Please allow me a few days to personally review your file. We do not appear to have a revised resume that is referenced but as I skimmed the file it appears that we do have the taxes and the original resume. I will undertake the examination myself and will attempt to have a decision letter to you by this Friday. I am not promising you an approval letter but only a decision letter.
